American Oak Barrel Cleaning Kit

1 oz Barrel-Kleen 1 oz Barrel Neutralizing Acid 2 Campden Sterilizing Tablets	2 oz Barrel-Kleen 2 oz Barrel Neutralizing Acid 4 Campden Sterilizing Tablets

Instructions:

STEP 1 (Barrel-Kleen): Dissolve contents of Barrel-Kleen pack into 1 U.S. gallon
(3.8 L) of water. Rinse barrel, fill with Barrel-Kleen solution and loosely bung.
Let stand for 24 hours. Rinse several times with cool water and empty.

STEP 2 (Barrel Neutralizing Acid): Dissolve contents of Barrel Neutralizing Acid
pack into 1 U.S. gallon (3.8 L) of water. Fill your barrel with neutralizing solution
and let stand for 1 hour. Empty and rinse several times.

To prevent barrels from drying out and to minimize contamination, barrels should
always be stored full with spirits or a sterilizing solution. Unused portions may be
stored for up to 6 months.

Barrels left without liquid will dry out!
