It's finally here! We have been working tirelessly to bring our jacketed stills to market. Our jacketed / Bain Marie style stills are tig welded for extra durability. The meticulous design and large jacket make for an extremely efficient still, while allowing the distiller to run on the grain (or fruit)! This allows the distiller to pull tons of extra flavor into the distillate, while making life easy. No more straining, sweating, and cussing trying to separate all your solids! The jacket only requires a little water and it's off to the races.

Old school style meets modern technique. This still provides the best of both worlds. Traditional Pot Still and Reflux Still! The offset column allows for the still to keep a traditional cap (contributing unique flavors and characteristics). With the turn of a valve, it can be turned from pot still mode to reflux mode. This setup is designed to be great for almost any spirit type- from whiskey, brandy, and rum to gins and vodka style spirits. This system does it all.

WHAT MAKES AN NGSC STILL

The massive vapor cones allow excellent head space. 6-inch diameter access Tri Clamp Cap alleviates the need for traditional flour paste. It is the largest TCC in the industry installed on hobby stills. The opening in the collar of the still is large enough to give easy access to your still pot for cleaning. The top of the collar is rolled over to give you a nice smooth edge, promote safety against cuts and add strength. Bodies have beads rolled into them, allowing for a robust, & beautiful still. Bottoms are designed to hold the weight of your wash. With double thick bottom seams, our stills can support over double the weight you will load them with.

The condenser comes standard with water inlets and outlets to cycle cold water, which allows your shine to cool down more efficiently. It is designed to be used with a hose, or a water pump.

All tubing/pipe is deburred and chamfered to allow your fittings to connect without hassle.

Something often overlooked: the seams! We put thick, beautiful seams on all of our equipment. Our craftsmanship is what you expect in a high quality still.
