This high-performance distiller's yeast is a traditional whiskey strain that is similar to the ones used to produce some of the world's most well-known distilled spirits. It works well for both bourbon and whiskeys. This is a fast fermenting, high yielding strain that also boasts temperature tolerance all while maintaining an exceptional congener profile, making it an obvious customer favorite.
Directions- Use ½ teaspoon per gallon of wort. Pitch directly into fermentation vessel or rehydrate in 95-degree water.
