Elyse Monroe Bourbon is a 4-grain bourbon featuring Bloody Butcher corn, Red Wheat, Bourbon Malt and a touch of Rye. This one definitely won't disappoint. And it's got a little bit of spice, just like Elyse!
We like it aged in a virgin White Oak American barrel - char #3.
We sourced only the highest quality grains for these kits. With pre-measured ingredients and easy to follow recipes, you now have the ability to shine like a pro. So easy it's almost cheating!

- 8 lbs. Bloody Butcher Corn (Milled to distillers grind)
- 3 lbs. Malted Barley
- 3 lbs. Malted Wheat
- 1 lbs. Malted Rye
- One Packet Still Spirits Distillers Whiskey Yeast/Nutrient
- 10 ml High Temp Alpha Amylase (Blue Cap)
- 5 ml Gluco-Amylase (Green Cap)
- One Packet One-Step Sanitizer
*There is an optional 5 lbs of Dextrose Corn Sugar you can add to the recipe to boost your ABV during fermentation if desired. *
