A Guide to Our Still Caps/Heads

STANDARD SPECS:

-Made with 20 oz/22 gauge copper

-14" diameter x 24" tall without cap

-1/2" ball valve drain

-Temperature Gauge

-Tri clamp collar (6" diameter)

-Cap options come standard with vacuum pressure relief valve

EXPECTED OUTPUT

ABV (alcohol by volume) of mash between 10% to 20% = 1-2 Gallons
